はじめまして！✨

　このブログは奈良、京都を生活圏とする私、古都 苺子(こと まいこ)が古都奈良・京都での毎日を綴る日記ブログです。

　薩摩の国鹿児島に生まれ、就職を機に、幼少期からの憧れであった奈良県に移り住みました。奈良に2年間住み、今夏に京都に引っ越しました。

　日常のふとした瞬間に、歴史とロマンを感じられる奈良・京都での暮らしをブログという形で綴りたいと思ったのが、この『古都ことびより』のきっかけです。

　現在、私は京都府内の自宅で在宅ワーク形式で働いています。普段はずっと家で1人で仕事をしており、たまに散歩に出ることがささいな楽しみです。京都という土地は町中のいたるところに歴史の痕跡を感じられるため、少しの散歩でもロマンを感じられ気分転換にうってつけです。

ざっくり自己紹介

Hi！

 This blog is a diary blog, which I, “MAIKO Koto” will write to remember my life in Nara and Kyoto(“Koto” means “old metropolis” in Japanese. “Mai” stands for  “strawberry” when written in Kanji).

 I was born in Kagoshima and moved in to Nara in 2022, where I deserved to live in since I was a little child. 

 Life in Nara/Kyoto is full of historical romance. If you just go for a walk, you will find many historical sites and fragments of Japanese culture. 

 I love my life here, and hope that I can somehow express my passion and palpilation for this land. This is why I decided to start this blog.

Though I’ve been studying English since I was little, I haven’t used it for years after I graduated University and start working in Nara. I will write this blog also in English, so that it would be a good practice and rehabilitation for improving my English skill;)
